Nothing's Gonna Slow Me Down!

Even though Skylar has a cast on her right leg, it hasn't slowed her down. She has adjusted well to having it on and is getting around just as good as she was before she had it....she's even started to walk a few steps on her cast. Her day hasn't changed much and she still enjoys doing the same things she did before. Skylar is also now in her third week of school at Daniel Island Academy, and she is adjusting well and loves her teachers and new friends, whom she talks about all the time.

Skylar's new addition to her bedtime routine is that she sleeps with
each of the items shown above: a baby doll, a pair of shorts,
her goodnight book, and her Pooh.

She loves playing with Amy's work shoes and putting them on her hands

Someone has taught her to put everything on her head.....not sure who that was though ;-)

She loves playing with the wooden spoon and bowl......sometimes it's
a musical instrument, and sometimes she turns it over and pretends to stir

Skylar has rediscovered the fun of climbing in Riley's crate and does
it at least once a day now whether Riley is in it or not!

Skylar loves playing in the pantry and taking everything out of it

But she is not partial to just the pantry....she also enjoys taking
everything out of the refrigerator

She enjoys sitting in her chair....especially at night before she goes to bed

And she doesn't care what position the chair is in

Skylar is usually exhausted at the end of the day
