Carolina Shore Here I Come!

Today, after the movie, we drove over to the Isle of Palms to check out the beach. Skylar seemed to like the breeze and water.

My First Movie

Today, Skylar went to see her first movie. We went to the Cinebarre theaters in Mt. Pleasant to see Nights in Rodanthe. They have Scream Day on Tuesdays, which allows children of all ages into the first show of the movie that day. Skylar was the only child in the theater, but she was very good. She actually liked watching the movie for a little while before she fell asleep, as you can see below.

Today Skylar received a package full of clothes from her Aunt Jennifer. She was overwhelmed with the number of new clothes and couldn't decide what she wanted to wear first.

My New Favorite Toy.....The Exersaucer

Last week we decided to put together Skylar's Baby Einstein Exersaucer that Auntie Beth and Emily bought for her before she was born. Since she is now holding her head up and likes standing up with help from us, we thought she was ready to play in it. Well, we were right...she has never been so excited about a toy...she LOVES IT! She spun around the entire saucer twice going from one toy to the next.

On Wednesday, after the movers had left, Holly, Katie, Jackson, and Lucy dropped by for a visit.

Moving Day....Charleston Here I Come!

Last Wednesday we officially moved to Charleston, SC. The movers arrived with our stuff early, and as you can see it was quite a stressful day for Skylar.

4 Month Update

Skylar had her 4 month check up on Wednesday. She now weighs 15lb 13oz, and she is 25.5 inches long. She had a clean check up and also got her last round of shots for awhile. She was a bit fussy immediately after the poke, but she got over it pretty quick and went to sleep. She was also given permission to eat rice cereal now....which was an experience all within itself!

4 Grandpa!!

For Grandpa's b'day Skylar took part in a photo shoot and posed in her GIANTS sweatshirt that Connie and Dave bought for her. It was a little big, but she still looked cute.

Growing Everyday

Skylar has been enjoying her tummy time more these days. She's also enjoying her cold teething rings as well.
