Christmas Eve Breakfast

We went to my Nanny and Paw-Paw's house for Christmas Eve breakfast and enjoyed spending time with them, as well as Aunt Tricia, Uncle Gopher, and cousin Brad. Skylar got to open presents for the first time, and she enjoyed playing with the paper and boxes as much as what was inside. Also, check out Skylar's first Christmas outfit featuring those candy cane striped pants that were a present from Nana.

My Rubber Duckie Bathtub

Since Skylar's bathtub at home is so big, we did not bring it with us. Therefore, we needed a tub to bathe her in while we were visiting, so we bought her a travel rubber duckie inflatable bathtub, and she enjoyed it in and out of the water.

We all traveled to Corner, AL to spend the holidays with my family. While there Skylar got to meet several members of the family for the first time, including her Papa Campbell who took the first opportunity to purchase her an Alabama football jersey and an Alabama sweatsuit. He even put on his Alabama hat to pose with her. Also, Nana couldn't pass up the chance of buying her a matching bow which she wore for a short time to make Nana happy.

My New Big Girl Seat

Skylar has officially grown out of her first car seat...she's a freakin' giant. So, today she got her new big girl car seat and tried it out.

Blowing Raspberries

Skylar has recently realized her ability to blow raspberries with her mouth, and she enjoys having blowing matches with her Mom to see who can blow the most raspberries.

My 1st Trip 2 The Aquarium

On Sunday, we took a family trip to the South Carolina Aquarium. Skylar really enjoyed looking at all of the fishies and animals.

Skylar has no interest in crawling on her stomach, but she's fast as lightening when she does her backwards crawl.

Sittin' and Playin'

Skylar is sitting up on her own like a pro now and she likes sitting on the floor and playing with the cool toy that her Grandma and Grandpa Needelman bought for her.

Holdin' On....Sometimes

Skylar is a little lazy when it comes to holding her bottle, but she has started holding it a little more often now that we put on those snazzy handles.

All Dressed Up With Nowhere to Go

Last weekend Skylar tried on her the Christmas Dress that her Nana bought for her.

Then later that same night she got ready for bed and wore her new pajamas.

My First Christmas Tree

We put up the Christmas tree on Saturday and Skylar couldn't wait to touch it and play with the branches and ornaments. The picture above shows her expression upon first seeing the tree...she liked the lights!
