My Future's So Bright I Have To Wear Shades!

Today we went to the beach and walked around. Thanks to Nana Campbell, Skylar had her first pair of sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun. She also got the chance to model her new Winnie the Pooh hat.

Skylar's 1st Outing

Yesterday we took Nana Campbell and Auntie Donna to Mystic for the day. It was Skylar's first outing, other than doctor's visits, and we took some pics at the S&P Oyster House after we finished our lunch.

On Friday night Nana Campbell and Great Auntie Donna arrived. Nana took the first opportunity to hold Skylar and feed her.

Eat Mor Chikin!

We spent Wednesday and Thursday in MA, near Boston. We didn't have much time for sightseeing, but we did get to hit one spot that made our trip extra special. Skylar's mommy and I got to indulge in our first Chick-Fil-A in 7 months.

It's Official....Skylar Peyton Campbell

On Tuesday Skylar's adoption became official. We are both now officially responsible for feeding, clothing and educating Skylar.....WOW, what were we thinking?? ;-)

Bouncer Fun

Skylar is now enjoying her jungle bouncer much more. She is able to focus on the toys and actually make if bounce now.

My Own Tent

Skylar now has her own beach tent in preparation for this weekend's first trip to the beach. Mommy and her tried it out in our living room.

Skylar was visited by her Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Josh last week. Skylar was able to teach her Aunt Jennifer many things like how to feed her, how to change her and how to bathe her.

All-American Girl....My First 4th of July

Skylar celebrated her first 4th of July. She watched her moms, aunt Jennifer and uncle Josh eat hot dogs and hamburgers straight from the grill. She was also able to get into the spirit of the holiday with her 4th outfit bought by her auntie Donna.

Happy 1 Month!!

Yesterday Skylar turned 1 month old. We made her a strawberry pie in honor of the big day, but she opted for her trusty milk instead while Amy and I enjoyed the pie.

Word 2 Yo Mama!

Rub-a-Dub-Dub

Today Skylar took her first bath in her bathtub. She seemed to like playing in the water and getting soaped up for the first time.

Kick and Crawl

First Phone Call

Today Skylar had her first phone call. Her Grandma Needelman talked to her one on one and Skylar listened quite intently.

Spin Me Around!

Today Skylar tried out her new toy from her Aunt Jennifer. She tried the spinning, but her arms are too short to support her right now. However, she did like playing with the different toys attached to it while she was on her belly. Riley wanted to play with them also and was sad when we wouldn't let her.
