1st Beach Trip of 2010

On Sunday, we went to the beach to enjoy the beautiful day. It was the first time Skylar had been to the beach since she's been able to walk. She liked it, and wasn't afraid of walking to the water, but she didn't like that the sand made her hands messy.

You Can Take the Car Seat Out of the Car....But You Can't Take Skylar Out of the Car Seat!

I had to take Skylar's car seat out of my car over the weekend, so I could clean out my classroom at school. While it was in the house, Skylar insisted on sitting in it to do almost everything. She also had to be buckled into the car seat everytime for some reason.

Skylar and the Twins

Amy's old roommate Ali was in Hilton Head visiting family with her husband and twin boys while we were there, so we had dinner with them one night. These two pics are the best ones we could get of Skylar, Michael and Ryan. They were not the most cooperative subjects, but they were still cute.

Harbour Town Park

We spent Valentine's Day weekend in Hilton Head with Skylar's Auntie Beth and Auntie Emily. Skylar enjoyed playing at the park in Harbour Town one morning while we were there.

Ice Cream Truck

Skylar loved playing in the ice cream truck that was outside the outlet mall in Hilton Head. Oh, and it wasn't actually on...we never put one quarter in it and she still loved playing in it.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Skylar had a great Valentine's Day. She made Valentines for her classmates and gave them out at school. She also received many gifts, and her friend Matthew gave her a red carnation.

We're on our way to Hilton Head for the weekend, and Skylar won't let go of the heart balloon that her teacher, Miss Jasmine, gave her.

Skylar loves eating breakfast at her new Tinkerbell table on Sundays while watching her favorite shows: Mickey Mouse Playhouse, Handy Manny, and the Imagination Movers.
