My First Christmas Tree

We put up the Christmas tree on Saturday and Skylar couldn't wait to touch it and play with the branches and ornaments. The picture above shows her expression upon first seeing the tree...she liked the lights!

Gimme That Cup!

Skylar has started wanting to drink out of cups. She is especially fond of blue Silo plastic cups.

If You Need Me...I'll Be Out On The Hammock

Skylar enjoyed swinging on the hammock that was on the deck of the beach house.

Ft. Sumter Here I Come! (Sort Of)

Skylar really enjoyed her first trip to Fort Sumter....and the picture above is a perfect representation of how she spent her time there.

My First Boat Ride

On Friday afternoon, Skylar took her first boat ride on the General Beauregard when we went to Fort Sumter. We sat on the upper deck on the way over to the Fort and it was pretty cold, so we sat beneath the deck on the way back to Mt. Pleasant.

Skylar was very fascinated with touching her Uncle Josh's hair.

My First Black Friday

Skylar got to experience her first Black Friday and enjoyed playing with the ads almost as much as her family enjoyed the actual shopping.

My 1st Thanksgiving....Happy Turkey Day!!

Skylar spent her first Thanksgiving at the beach with her moms, Grandpa and Grandma Needelman, her Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Josh. She had a great time even though she can't eat turkey yet.

Playtime With Grandma

Grandma and Grandpa Needelman came to visit us in Charleston for Thanksgiving, and while here Grandma and Skylar had some playtime in her room.

My New Cuddly Friend

Auntie Beth and Emily brought Skylar a present from the ATL...a stuffed panda bear from the Atlanta Zoo, and she loves it!

My ATL Aunties

On Saturday, Skylar's Auntie Beth and Emily came for a visit. Skylar had fun going shopping with them and watching Emily buy her bunches of cool clothes.

Rockin' Baby

On Sunday night Skylar was having a good time rockin' in her exersaucer before her bath.

Sunday at the Beach

On Sunday we went to the Isle of Palms and spent some time on the beach. Skylar seemed to like it, especially watching our shadows as we walked down the beach.

Eatin' Some Taters

On Saturday, Skylar ate her first real food. She dined on some sweet potatoes and the verdict is out on whether she liked them or not.

I Can Roll Over!

YES WE CAN!!

On Tuesday, Skylar witnessed her first presidential election and accompanied her Moms to the polling place to cast their vote for President-elect Barack Obama. She wore a shirt that expressed why we voted for Obama.
